Study on Evaluation and apportionment of Absorbing cost of high proportion renewable energy grid

Abstract

 In the process of vigorously developing renewable energy, the definition, evaluation, and sharing of the whole system cost of renewable energy have become a fundamental problem that must be overcome. This paper first defines the whole system cost of a high proportion of renewable energy and quantitatively evaluates the absorbed cost of a high proportion of renewable energy grid under the goal of carbon neutrality in the future. On this basis, it is suggested to deepen the reform of the electricity market and establish and improve the electric market system composed of the electricity energy market, the electricity auxiliary service market and the capacity compensation mechanism. To realize fair and reasonable cost sharing in the whole process of electric service provision.
