Research progress on the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of leeches in the last three years

Abstract

The present study shows that leeches have precise pharmacological effects and a wide range of clinical effects. This paper mainly reviews the pharmacological and clinical effects of leeches in the last three years regarding renal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary diseases, liver diseases and other diseases, with a view to provide a reference for further resource utilization of leeches.
