The application of epigenetics in CAR-T therapy

Abstract

This article reviews epigenetics (including DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin remodeling, and non-coding RNA regulation), epigenetic phenomena in T cells, and the progress of research on CAR-T therapies modified from epigenetic regulation, with the aim of providing new insights for CAR-T to improve the safety and efficacy of clinical translation.
