Abstract

According to the requirements of spacecraft light alloy materials for thermal control, anti-static and corrosion protection, based on the synthesized three-dimensional graphene functional filler, a multifunctional thermal control coating with high emissivity, anti-static and anti-corrosion properties was prepared on magnesium alloy materials. By testing the coating properties, the hemispherical emissivity was 0.91,volume resistivity was 104Ωm and neutral salt spray corrosion resistance was more than 800 hours.
