Abstract

The hydraulic pump station at the lower head of the Three Gorges ship lift chamber primarily controls the opening and locking of the chamber gate, the lifting and locking of the anti-collision truss, the tensioning and release of the anti-collision buffer cylinder, and the extension and retraction of the sealing frame. The chamber gate is influenced by external forces such as water flow during the opening and closing process. The anti-collision truss, being in a single-arm suspended state, is affected by external wind forces during its lifting and lowering process. The operation of these mechanisms induces significant vibrations in the hydraulic system, which can lead to oil leakage at joints and other points. Leakage in the hydraulic system can affect the operation of the chamber gate, anti-collision truss, and sealing frame, and severe leakage can directly lead to the malfunction of these mechanisms. This paper utilizes accelerometers, data acquisition systems, and handheld spectrum analyzers to analyze the vibration of the hydraulic system, aiming to reduce system vibrations and decrease oil leakage occurrences.
