Advances in Research on the Analysis and Detection of Chemical Components in Heated Tobacco Aerosols

Abstract

Compared with traditional cigarettes, heated cigarettes have higher advantages in tar reduction, harm reduction, environmental impact and safety. This article provides an overview of the structure of heated tobacco products and the main chemical components in their aerosols. It also elaborates on methods for detecting these chemical components in aerosols. Furthermore, it discusses potential issues and offers suggestions for quality control in heated tobacco product research. The aim is to provide valuable insights and references for the continued research and development of heated tobacco products.
