Abstract

This study, conducted within a local organization in China, explores the influence mechanism of The collectivism atmosphere on Employees' advice through the lens of social identity and social exchange theories. It seeks to demonstrate the intermediary role of Organizational identitification. The model was validated using reliability analysis, validation factor analysis, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing on a dataset comprising 306 entries, utilizing statistical software SPSS and AMOS. The results indicate that: (1) The collectivism atmosphere significantly and positively affects both Organizational identitification and Employees' advice; (2) Organizational identitification serves as an intermediary in the relationship between The collectivism atmosphere and Employees' advice, suggesting that a deeper sense of Organizational identitification strengthens the impact of The collectivism atmosphere on Employees' advice. This conclusion aids in understanding the intermediary mechanism through which The collectivism atmosphere influences Employees' advice and provides practical insights for effectively stimulating Employees' advice within localized management practices in China.
