Research on the modern enterprise management path based on lean production

Abstract

With the deepening of economic globalization, domestic enterprises are facing many challenges, and the production management mode of enterprises needs to be constantly transformed and optimized. The traditional extensive production is gradually transforming to the lean production mode. This paper focuses on the application status of lean production in contemporary enterprises, analyzes the main problems and analyzes the causes, and puts forward a series of improvement and optimization measures, so as to provide ideas for the innovation and development of lean production in enterprises.
