Research on Influencing Factors of Beijing User Experience Based on Gradient Lifting Tree Classification Model

Abstract

It is the only communication operation focusing on communication in China This paper mainly studies the satisfaction of Beijing user experience Using the gradient lifting tree classification model, the quantitative relationship between service and Internet service satisfaction and its influencing factors is analyzed According to the principal component method and the quantity-importance of gradient lifting tree, four influencing factors should be selected as the main influencing factors of user satisfaction The results show that the overall satisfaction of mobile Internet access is mainly related to the poor network/no monthly GPRS resource usage redirection to the current month MOU In this study, the data of customer satisfaction in Beijing is used to further help the main factors that affect the customer's online business experience, so as to enhance the customer's online experience.
