In this paper, region of interest (ROI) is selected first. An algorithm based on inverse perspective mapping (IPM) is proposed to transform graphic images into flat images, after the operation of gray processing and image enhancement, binarization processing and secondary image enhancement are carried out for these images. Through the pixel statistics of image columns, The characteristic curves are extracted and lane-lines are fitted. The results show that the EHCDP can effectively remove cuttings under different deviation conditions. However, the larger the inclination angle of the well, the more likely the cuttings is to accumulate on the lower edge of the wellbore due to gravity, forming cuttings bed. At present, the rational well spacing of tight sandstone gas reservoirs is determined by multiple methods. There are many calculation methods of well spacing and the calculation results are very different, and there is no definite definition principle of reasonable well spacing, the definition of reasonable well spacing obtained by comprehensive method is fuzzy and artificial. In order to standardize the calculation and effective definition of reasonable well spacing for tight sandstone gas reservoirs, this paper puts forward the definition principle of reasonable well spacing for tight sandstone gas reservoirs on the basis of in-depth investigation and classification of well spacing calculation methods, and takes Shan2 gas reservoir of Zizhou gas field as an example to evaluate reasonable well spacing. The main conclusion is that: ①The calculation methods of well spacing in tight sandstone gas reservoirs can be divided into three categories: the method based on economic benefit, the method based on production response and the method based on production demand. Based on the method of economic benefit, the economic well spacing is determined from the balance between cost and income. Based on the production response method, the technical well spacing is determined from the perspective of effectively avoiding the waste of reserves and inter-well interference. Based on the method of production demand, the proposed well spacing is determined from the reasonable production rate scheme of gas field. ②The study of reasonable well spacing in tight sandstone gas reservoirs should focus on economic well spacing and technical well spacing, and the study of scheme well spacing is not necessary; The reasonable well spacing of gas reservoir should meet the principle of "economy and technology", both of which are indispensable.③The economic well spacing of Shan2 gas reservoir in Zizhou Gas field is 816m, the technical well spacing is 1097m, and the reasonable well spacing is 1097m; At present, the well spacing of gas reservoir is 1965m, and the well pattern is not perfect. In order to avoid the waste of reserves and interference between Wells and improve the recovery rate of gas reservoir, it is recommended to adjust the well pattern according to the 1097m well spacing in subsequent development. The research results can provide reference for the calculation and effective definition of reasonable well spacing in standard tight sandstone gas reservoirs.
2024-05-08T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2427 Stability Analysis of Yebatan Underground Cavern Surrounding Rock based on Crack Evolution Theory 2024-05-08T17:35:56+08:00 Xianglin Xing weizhi@163.com Li Qian weizhi@163.com Guoyan Zhang weizhi@163.com Jianhai Zhang weizhi@163.com
The deformation properties of rock are closely related to the effect of crack closure, generation and expansion in the rock. In this paper, the stress-crack strain evolution constitutive model is used to determine the relaxation damage zone of the surrounding rock based on the change regulation of the crack closure ratio during the whole process of surrounding rock damage, and the model is embedded into FLAC3D software, and then the stability evaluation of the surrounding rock of the cavern group under unsupported and supported conditions is carried out for the underground plant of Yebatan hydropower station. The excavation simulation shows that the displacement of the cavern surrounding rock increases with the excavation step, and the influence of the fault on the displacement of the surrounding rock is very significant. The high stress concentration area is distributed in the arch top of the plant, the tailwater connection hole, the arch top and the bottom of the tail chamber, and the tensile stress area is mainly distributed in the high side wall of the underground plant and the tail chamber. The crack closure ratio index was used to quantitatively evaluate the degree of relaxation damage of the surrounding rock, indicating that the relaxation damage area is influenced by the fault, and the volume of the surrounding rock damage area under the system support is significantly reduced compared with the unsupported working condition, showing the effectiveness of the support measures.
2024-05-08T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2436 Research on Temperature Field Characteristics of Lithium Battery Vacuum Drying Furnace 2024-05-31T16:48:03+08:00 Lili Zhao weizhi@163.com Bo Qi weizhi@163.com
The temperature distribution of the vacuum contact drying oven fixture is a crucial factor that affects the moisture characteristics of the electric core. Prefabricated shear walls, in particular, have become prevalent in contemporary residential and office buildings. Following an economic analysis of the construction steps for prefabricated walls, Shanghai Hengxu Energy Conservation Company developed a novel type of prefabricated wall for use in building basements. This innovative wall consists of two thin plates joined by distributed tie pieces, with an internal steel bar cage positioned between them. The core concrete is cast in place between the plates. The wall is designed to withstand water and soil pressures from underground and connects to the basement floor through overlapping steel bars. The effectiveness of the wall's integration with the foundation floor depends on the lap length of the steel bars, a critical factor in structural design and construction. To optimize the lap length, three full-scale specimens were tested, differentiated by varying steel bar lap lengths: 0.8 lae, 1.0 lae, and 1.2 lae, where lae represents the basic anchorage length. The specimens were subjected to horizontal loading to assess failure modes, crack propagation, load-displacement behaviors, and stress-strain responses of the reinforcements. Constructed and opened for traffic in 2013, this bridge is designed as a low-pier continuous girder bridge, featuring a three-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder for the main beam, with a span arrangement of 45.5+140+45.5 meters, and utilizes basin-type rubber bearings throughout. On May 6, 2019, and November 28, 2021, the Zamora Bridge experienced two significant seismic events. The initial seismic damage investigation revealed that the piers and foundation maintained their load-bearing capacity largely intact; the basin-type rubber bearings predominantly suffered shear failure and displacement, losing their horizontal limit capacity. Additionally, abutment blocks sheared, padstones cracked locally, and the main girder exhibited residual displacement. Following the first earthquake, repair work was undertaken based on the damage results, switching to friction pendulum seismic isolation bearings to enhance the seismic resilience of bridge. The subsequent seismic damage assessment indicated the overall stable condition of the bridge, with no observable damage, deformation, or settling to the main structure, thus maintaining basic traffic functionality. However, shear and deformation occurred to the bolts and pins fixing the direction of the friction pendulum isolation bearings, along with residual displacements after the activation of the seismic isolation function, and cracks developed in the abutment padstones and mortar layers. To delve into the performance and damage probability of vulnerable components of low-pier continuous girder bridges under various seismic intensities, numerical models of the Zamora Bridge equipped with basin rubber bearings and friction pendulum bearings were separately established using OpenSees finite element software. An analysis of the bearings' longitudinal seismic susceptibility was conducted by integrating the demand-capacity ratio and IDA method. The findings indicate that bearings, padstones, and anchor bolts are the vulnerable components necessitating reinforcement for such bridges. Compared to the basin rubber bearings, friction pendulum bearings significantly reduce the probability of bearing damage and demonstrate an excellent seismic isolation effect.
2024-06-26T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2523 Data analysis method for power big data 2024-07-18T09:53:22+08:00 Deshi Kong weizhi@163.com Xin Cao weizhi@163.com Xuefeng Xiong weizhi@163.com
This paper discusses a data quality analysis and evaluation mode based on power big data. In this way, we can avoid the vanishing gradient situation when the input received by backpropagation is close to 0. To analyze player performance and game pace in tennis, we identified key variables within the dimensions of Consumption, Serving, Accuracy, and Difference. Initially, we developed a momentum prediction model in tennis using logistic regression, with an accuracy of over 73%. In line with the actual match, our visualizations provide valuable insights into the flow of play and momentum shifts in tennis matches. Secondly, we conducted a randomness analysis using the Run test on two metrics: CW (swings in play) and DPW (runs of success by one player), indicated that neither CW nor DPW occurs randomly. Furthermore, we employed Vector Auto-regressive Models (VAR) and found that momentum significantly affects the states of players and their winning streaks. Thirdly, we created the Momentum Swing Prediction Model using the Random Forest approach, introducing a dependent variable, TP, to capture the swings in momentum during a match. By analyzing the variable, we have identified four key factors: win/loss of the serve, rally length, serve speed, and distance. Moreover, we offer three practical recommendations for players entering a new match. Finally, we tested the Momentum Swings Prediction model on matches that were not included in the 2023 Wimbledon Men's model, and proposed incorporating player strength and injury information into future models to enhance the model's performance in different scenarios. Through testing on the 2022 Wimbledon Women's matches, we conclude that our model exhibits generalization across various types of matches. In conclusion, these findings highlight the significance of momentum and how it can impact the flow of play. By understanding these dynamics, coaches can better prepare players to respond to events that impact the match's trajectory.
2024-07-18T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2532 Digital Twin System of Substation Equipment 2024-07-18T11:54:51+08:00 Hongyu Ke weizhi@163.com Yi Tang weizhi@163.com Dekun Zhou weizhi@163.com Lei Li weizhi@163.com Shuo Yang weizhi@163.com
This paper adopts the following technical solutions to achieve: a digital twin system for substation, including: database, database configuration module, data warehousing module, background data processing module and front-end browsing module; The front-end browsing module is used to display the data sent by the background data processing module in the corresponding form according to the user's selection; The form includes building the three-dimensional model of the substation based on BIM technology, and displaying the corresponding real-time data and status in the three-dimensional components of the three-dimensional model. Deep learning technology, combined with AI's increasingly powerful arithmetic chip, has significant advantages over the human brain and other mechanical devices in terms of logical operations and information capture. The change of labor force structure not only involves the problem of technology replacing human resources, but also is related to the long-term development of social economy. Although the popularization of AI provides opportunities for many people to improve themselves, how to balance technology and manpower to ensure the smooth transition and sustainable development of the economy is an urgent problem to be solved. Especially in terms of economic equality, how to ensure that the popularization and application of AI technology will not aggravate social inequality is also a question for us to think deeply. However, as the time span increases, the phenomenon of changing clothes often occur, and the performance of methods based on person re-identification may decrease in this case. In this article, we focus on solving the problem of cloth-changing person re-identification from a single RGB image, which is more challenging, and improving the accuracy and robustness of traditional methods for recognition. We propose a cloth-changing Feature Regularization learning framework by fusing Silhouette and Head information (SHFR), a two-stream framework which transfers the silhouette information and head information learned by auxiliary stream to the main stream and supplements features unrelated to clothing. Specifically, the main stream approach we adopt is the traditional cloth-changing person re-identification network. In the auxiliary stream, we use the DeepLabV3 semantic segmentation model to extract person silhouette features, and the FCHD fully convolutional head detection model to extract head information with advanced semantic information. By constructing mathematical models, the study predicts lead changes at key moments of the race that have a decisive impact on the race strategy and outcome. The experimental results show that the Extreme Random Trees model performs well on all evaluation metrics, especially in terms of accuracy, recall and F1 score, demonstrating its ability to handle complex interactions and variations in the data. In addition, the CatBoost model performed well in identifying actual leading changes, but with lower accuracy, possibly due to overfitting certain data patterns. The hybrid model, on the other hand, demonstrated a balanced performance, although it failed to outperform the extreme random tree model in terms of overall effectiveness.
2024-07-18T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2541 Design of PID control model for reducer based on Simulink simulation 2024-07-18T14:21:19+08:00 Longxing Yang weizhi@163.com
At present, modern industry is developing rapidly, and the level of industrial automation is gradually improving. Many production lines use a large number of mechanical equipment and robots, and reducers play a key role in these equipment, helping to control and adjust the speed and torque of various moving parts, achieving efficient production. At the same time, in high-speed railway trains and airplanes, reducers improve the efficiency of engines and turbines, reduce fuel consumption, and ensure safe and reliable operation. However, traditional reducers have drawbacks such as low accuracy and long adjustment time in controlling speed. This article adopts the method of PID control of the reducer, and uses the Simulink platform of Matlab to build a control model of the reducer. At the same time, negative feedback control is applied to the speed and current, forming two PID closed-loop controls: current loop and speed loop. The speed waveform and current waveform are displayed on an oscilloscope, and the simulation control results are analyzed. The simulation results show that by using a PID controller to control the speed of the reducer, the maximum overshoot can be reduced, the adjustment time can be shortened, the adjustment process can be smoother, and the set value can be reached quickly.
2024-07-18T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2542 Survey for Detecting AI-generated Content 2024-07-18T14:31:28+08:00 Yu Wang weizhi@163.com
In large language models (LLMs) field, the rapid advancements have significantly improved text generation, which has blured the distinction between AI-generated and human-written texts. Quantum circuits, especially in communication, utilize strategies like the CNOT gate and local unitary gates, influencing quantum cost. Minimizing this cost is crucial by using the fewest non-local unitary gates. The existing works proves that representing the element (12) in S2 requires at least three CNOT gates, however, the representation of CNOT gates with the minimal quantum cost is still unexplored. This study focuses on the element (123) in S3, aiming to reduce quantum costs. Using the Strassen tensor, we find the Schmidt rank for (123) is 7. With this, we prove that achieving (123) with only 2 CNOT gates is impractical. Exhaustive enumeration rules out 3 or 4 CNOT gates. We analyze circuit states after each CNOT gate application to eliminate non-equivalent configurations. Finally, we propose a construction using 6 CNOT gates for (123). We introduce theorems for cataloging non-equivalent circuits, tracking states pre- and post-CNOT gate operations, and computing outputs. Whether 5 CNOT gates suffice for (123) remains open. In this paper, the physical model test is used to analyze the water surface line of the spillway, the flow pattern and velocity distribution of the downstream river channel, and the erosion of the downstream river channel in the form of a differential flip bucket. The influence of the discharge flow on the project is studied, and the rationality of the engineering design is verified. It is found that the flip bucket tongue of the spillway falls into the plunge pool of the downstream river channel, and the flow pattern of the downstream main river channel is gradually stable after a certain distance adjustment. This significance stems from its continuous operational capacity, which significantly boosts the efficiency of bulk material handling and optimizes the overall processes at industrial sites. This research paper delves into the power quality problems associated with car dumper applications, particularly focusing on the harmonic disturbances caused by inverters used within these systems. Such disturbances can degrade the quality of power within the industrial grid, potentially leading to inefficiencies and safety hazards. To address these issues, the paper proposes the use of parallel active power filters (APF). These filters are renowned for their efficiency in controlling and mitigating harmonic disruptions in electrical systems. The implementation of APFs has shown promising potential to stabilize power quality by filtering unwanted harmonic frequencies and allowing for a smoother power flow. Through detailed measurements conducted on an O-type rotor quad car dumper, the study systematically analyzes the operational characteristics of the dumper, thereby forming a comprehensive database. This database aids in the optimization of electrical control strategies and operational methodologies for car dumpers. The primary objectives of this research are to enhance the operational efficiency of car dumpers, minimize their energy consumption, and improve overall safety measures. By integrating advanced harmonic control technologies such as APF, this study not only addresses the immediate issues of power quality but also contributes to the broader goal of sustainable and efficient industrial practices. The findings are expected to influence future designs and operations of car dumpers, making them more energy-efficient and less prone to electrical disturbances, thereby ensuring a safer working environment in industries dependent on heavy machinery for bulk material handling.
2024-07-22T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2632 A Review of Studies on the Brewing Process of Italian Grape Ale 2024-07-22T17:42:14+08:00 Delin Han weizhi@163.com Fangyuan Deng weizhi@163.com Jianghua Zhao weizhi@163.com Huiquan liu weizhi@163.com
Beer is one of the most consumed alcoholic beverages in the world, and in order to satisfy people's attraction to novel smells and tastes, the variety of beer is constantly enriched. By investigating similarities and differences in the alveolar region, blocking segments, and synergistic articulation, it proves that Uighur and Chinese fricatives /s/ are both lingual anterior consonants due to the same or similar articulatory places. During articulation, they share some commonality. Firstly, the contact between tongue and palate in the target frame is reduced when fricative /s/ is pronounced in both languages. Secondly, the tongue-palate contact primarily occurs in the gingival area. However, it has a larger Anterior Contact than Posterior Contact. Additionally, without complete obstructions between the tongue and palate, there is a gap between the tip of the tongue and the gingiva, allowing an airflow to articulate the fricative. Most important of all, a comparative analysis reveals distinctions between Uighur and Chinese fricatives /s/ from the aspect of synergistic articulation. Epoxy resin is an important insulating material in the electrical industry, its thermal conductivity and mechanical properties can not meet the needs of high-frequency transformers, usually metal oxide (Al2O3, etc.) is added to form composite insulation material. It is of great reference value for the insulation design of power electronic transformer to study the insulation performance of composite insulation materials with different filler content ratio under high-frequency AC. The effects of power supply frequency and alumina filler content on the breakdown performance of the composite were investigated experimentally. The results show that the breakdown voltage of pure epoxy resin decreases exponentially with frequency. At any filler content, the breakdown voltage of epoxy resin decreases with the increase of frequency, and the decreasing trend gradually slows down when the frequency increases from 50Hz to 1000Hz, and the decreasing trend gradually increases when the frequency increases to 2000Hz. The breakdown voltage of epoxy resin showed a down-rise-down trend with the increase of filler content, and the effect of filler content on breakdown voltage gradually weakened with the increase of frequency.
2024-07-24T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2651 Research on the influencing factors of evolution of oil trade network based on TERGM model 2024-07-25T11:36:48+08:00 Mengli Zhang weizhi@163.com Yaoqi Guo weizhi@163.com
This paper constructs a trade network using global oil trade data from 2001 to 2021, and uses TERGM model to explore the factors influencing the evolution of oil trade network. Accurately assessing the environmental risks in these areas is of significant importance for the sustainable development of the marine economy. This study constructs an environmental risk assessment system for the nearshore marine areas of Shenzhen City based on the DPSIR framework and evaluates it using the comprehensive index method. Specifically, the study begins by selecting 27 indicators related to the marine environment to construct the evaluation index system. It employs the grey relational analysis and entropy weight method to weight the indicators and finally assesses the environmental risks of Shenzhen's nearshore marine areas from 2013 to 2020 using the comprehensive index method. The study finds that the environmental risks of Shenzhen's nearshore marine areas from 2013 to 2020 are generally low, with the risk score increasing from 0.3277 to 0.7308 year by year, shifting from a more dangerous to a safe risk level. The research indicates that the marine environment of the nearshore areas in Shenzhen is greatly influenced by local human economic activities and the industrial structure of Shenzhen. The study suggests that the environmental safety level of Shenzhen's nearshore marine areas could be improved by leveraging policy guidance, optimizing the industrial structure, and perfecting tourism management methods.
2024-07-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2655 Establishment and application of real-time monitoring system for mine ventilation resistance 2024-07-25T14:11:06+08:00 Weifeng Chang weizhi@163.com Min He weizhi@163.com
The monitoring of ventilation resistance in domestic coal mines is generally faced with two problems: huge workload and lagging monitoring data behind production, which is due to the backward monitoring technology. In recent years, with the progress of technology and equipment in the coal industry, ventilation resistance monitoring products have appeared in the market one after another, but they still face the following main problems: (1) the sensor measurement error needs to be further improved; (2) The monitoring scheme is relatively simple, and the use of absolute pressure multi-parameter monitoring faces two problems: measurement error and construction cost; (3) There is a lack of successful application cases of ventilation resistance monitoring in the industry, and the analysis and application of ventilation resistance monitoring data by the upper computer is insufficient. In view of the above problems, this paper studies the principle, monitoring scheme, system framework and practical application of ventilation resistance monitoring, aiming to solve the problem of real-time online monitoring and analysis of ventilation resistance.
2024-07-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2656 Analysis and Research on Vibration of Hydraulic System at the Three Gorges Ship Lift Chamber 2024-07-25T14:15:05+08:00 Fei Li weizhi@163.com Lingzhi Yan weizhi@163.com
The hydraulic pump station at the lower head of the Three Gorges ship lift chamber primarily controls the opening and locking of the chamber gate, the lifting and locking of the anti-collision truss, the tensioning and release of the anti-collision buffer cylinder, and the extension and retraction of the sealing frame. The chamber gate is influenced by external forces such as water flow during the opening and closing process. The anti-collision truss, being in a single-arm suspended state, is affected by external wind forces during its lifting and lowering process. The operation of these mechanisms induces significant vibrations in the hydraulic system, which can lead to oil leakage at joints and other points. Leakage in the hydraulic system can affect the operation of the chamber gate, anti-collision truss, and sealing frame, and severe leakage can directly lead to the malfunction of these mechanisms. This paper utilizes accelerometers, data acquisition systems, and handheld spectrum analyzers to analyze the vibration of the hydraulic system, aiming to reduce system vibrations and decrease oil leakage occurrences.
2024-07-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2657 Functional Study of Anticoagulant Ice Asphalt Mixture with Slow-release Agent 2024-07-25T14:18:45+08:00 Bo Mu weizhi@163.com Baolin Zhu weizhi@163.com Yongquan Li weizhi@163.com
Based on the difference in freezing points of various chlorides, a multi-component synthesis method is employed to produce mixed chlorides with desired freezing points. At the same time, the variation law of strata behavior in working face before and after fracturing of hard roof is explored. The results show that:①During the normal weighting period of hard roof working face, the support pressure of working face is generally small, but when the hard roof is broken, it will cause the phenomenon of strong weighting in working face, which threatens safe production;②Hydraulic fracturing leads to secondary development of primary fractures in hard roof and continuous diffusion in the form of fracture network, which destroys the original bearing structure of hard roof and forces hard roof to collapse ahead of time;③Thirdly, comparing the weighting law of working face before and after fracturing, it is found that after pressure relief, the initial weighting step of working face decreases by 50.8 m, which is 56.4% year-on-year, and the average periodic weighting step decreases by 3.7 m, which is 21.4% year-on-year. After pressure relief, there is no strong strata behavior in working face, and hydraulic fracturing achieves the expected effect.
2024-07-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024
