This intercropping system can reduce wind erosion, increase yield and resource use efficiency. To clarify the effects of nitrogen rate on nodulation characteristic of peanut in sole and intercropping system in semi-humid area, a micro-plot experiment was conducted at the Drought-resistant Cultivation Simulation Test Site, Liaoning, Northeast China. Including two cropping system (sole peanut and maize/peanut intercropping) and seven N rates (0, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 and 300 kg/ha) based on the cropping pattern. The results showed that maize/peanut intercropping have the potential to enhance the nodulation of peanut and there was alleviatory effect on the inhibitory effect of N fertilization on the nodulation of peanut when intercropped with maize in earlier stage in semi-humid area. These advantages can be due to the enhancement of nodule number or facilitation of the single nodule development, or both of them by intercropping with maize. There was interaction between cropping system and the N input. More tests should be done in different climate conditions, agronomics, growing stages, and N rates to clarify the potential of peanut nodulation forming and to maximize the biological N fixation of peanut in intercropping system.
2024-09-05T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2668 Research on the Collaborative Development and Evolution Mechanism of the New Type Power System Industry Chain 2024-09-05T17:07:01+08:00 Yufang Jia weizhi@163.com Bo Yuan weizhi@163.com Yichun Gong weizhi@163.com
At present, under the multiple strategic overlays of the new development pattern, “dual carbon” goals, and new energy systems, the role and position of China’s energy power industry in serving the overall economic and social development is expanding and elevating. The role of Si-C bonding and interface characteristics in Si@C composite materials on material cycling stability is still unclear. Based on the first principle method, the Si-C bonding and lithium intercalation and deintercalation properties of two Si-C alloys with different space group were studied. The results show that the lithium intecalation formation energy of SiC-1 is only 0.158 eV, much lower than the 0.6537 eV of SiC-2. The volume expansion ratio after lithium intercalation is only 38.9064%, which is basically equivalent to graphite. The bonding mode between Li-Si and Li-C determines whether lithium ions can be reversibly released. The bonding strength of Si-C bonds plays a stabilizing role in the lithium intercalation and deintercalation process, which is beneficial for reducing the volume expansion ratio of lithium intercalation. This work has certain guiding significance for the research of silicon carbon anode materials with high capacity and long cycilc life.
2024-09-05T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2671 Numerical Simulation Study on the Average Air Velocity Circle in Coal Mine Roadway 2024-09-05T17:24:48+08:00 Min He weizhi@163.com
To determine the accurate installation position of the air velocity sensor and ensure that it monitors the average air velocity of the full section of the roadway, a numerical simulation method was employed. The results verified the existence of an average air velocity circle on the section of a fully developed turbulent roadway, where the air velocity at any point on it is equal to the average air velocity of the roadway, and its position is approximately fixed, independent of the size of the roadway air velocity. It is necessary to scientifically understand the concept of geological environment carrying capacity from two dimensions: the geological environmental conditions (the carrier) and human activities (the load). With the entry into force of the document "Consent of the General Administration of Customs to Designation of the Port of Vladivostok, Russia as a Transit Port for Cross-Border Transportation of Domestic Trade Goods," the Dongning-Suifenhe region has ushered in new opportunities for development. How to ensure economic and social development while coordinating the relationship between geological environment and resource development, as well as ecological environmental protection, has become the key to the success of opening up and development. It is imperative to carry out the evaluation of geological environmental carrying capacity and function zoning in the study area. This paper evaluates the background carrying capacity and bearing state of the geological environment in the Dongning-Suifenhe region by using the hierarchical comprehensive index method. The evaluation has determined the degree of favorable geological environmental conditions as well as the degree of impact from human activities on the geological environment and resources. Based on this, geological environment function zoning is conducted, and recommendations on regional development and eco-environmental protection are presented.
2024-09-10T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2681 Thermodynamic analysis and optimization of carbon capture system 2024-09-10T17:18:45+08:00 Chao Zhang weizhi@163.com Feng Qin weizhi@163.com Dashu Li weizhi@163.com Hongfang Ming weizhi@163.com Yutong Gao weizhi@163.com Zixuan Cai weizhi@163.com Wenbao Yang weizhi@163.com
With the acceleration of the global industrialization process, the problem of greenhouse gas emissions is becoming more and more serious. In order to investigate the influencing factors of insulation failure on the surface of PCB in switching power supplies, this paper explores the surface flashover conditions of PCBs by varying the distance between the electrodes, the air pressure, and the external environment. The results showed that the distance between the electrodes and the structure of the electrodes significantly affect the electric field distribution and the surface flashover voltage. Besides, the surface flashover voltage under varied air pressure approximately conforms to the general law of the Paschen’s curve, that is, the surface flashover voltage decreases and then increases with the the air pressure increasing. Additionally, it is indicated that the more complex the surface environment of the PCB is, the lower the corona voltage is.
2024-09-14T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2692 Inference Method for Traffic Accident in Highway Monitoring Blind Based on Running Speed 2024-09-14T10:54:32+08:00 Yan Cui weizhi@163.com Xingtao Yang weizhi@163.com Sibo Zhang weizhi@163.com Haiyun Zou weizhi@163.com
This study proposes and validates an inference method to detect abnormal traffic events in highway monitoring blind spots by analyzing vehicle speed data from adjacent monitoring areas. Utilizing simulation tools such as Vissim and LumenRT, various realistic traffic scenarios were designed to collect comprehensive data on vehicle speeds. Cross-correlation and Pearson correlation coefficients were employed to identify time lags and quantify the relationship between speeds in different sections. The results indicated a significant correlation under normal conditions and a marked decrease during abnormal events. Low frequency electromagnetic wave has good penetration and low loss characteristics, which can realize building structure layout imaging and shelter target detection and tracking, and has important application prospects in the fields of anti-terrorism and stability maintenance, disaster relief and urban mapping. Due to the occlusion of urban buildings, electromagnetic wave propagation will produce complex electromagnetic phenomena such as reflection, transmission and diffraction, resulting in imaging defocusing and unstable target detection and tracking. This paper proposes a reconstruction method of building layout based on the combination of transmitted and reflected signals. Through the result level fusion of reflected projection images and transmission tomography images, the problems of wall position deviation and serious artifact interference existing in the reconstruction process are solved, and efficient and high-precision imaging of building layout under limited scanning paths is realized. As a vehicle for studying human-landscape interactions, landscape preferences are closely linked to landscape resilience. Numerous studies have shown that individuals exhibit different preferences for different environments, with more preferred environments producing greater health benefits. Natural environments are also subject to differences in individual preferences and offer greater health benefits than urban environments. To investigate the relationship between landscape elements, landscape preferences, health benefits and their influence mechanisms, an influence pathway and evaluation model was constructed for this study between these three variables, using the South Lake Urban Central Ecological Park in Tangshan, China as the research object and social media network evaluation as the data source. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were used to extract landscape element measures, in combination with existing landscape preference and health benefit assessment scales. Field research was conducted to obtain evaluation data, and a structural relationship model was constructed for validation to examine the interactions between landscape elements, landscape preferences, and health benefits. The results showed that landscape elements had a significant positive effect on landscape preferences (β is 0.699, t=8.375, P<0.001); landscape preferences also had a significant positive effect on health benefits (β is 0.643, t=6.526, P<0.001); landscape elements also had a significant positive effect on health benefits (β is 0.42, t=2.816, P< 0.01), while landscape elements had an indirect effect through partial mediation of landscape preferences. In the landscape element measurement model, each latent variable can effectively explain landscape elements, but the explanation ability of each latent variable for landscape elements varies, indicating that different landscape elements have different effects on landscape preferences; in the landscape preference measurement model, the four measurement dimensions can effectively explain landscape preferences, among which consistency has the highest explanation ability for landscape preferences; in the health benefits assessment measurement model, all four measurement dimensions effectively captured the health benefits assessment, eliminating fatigue has the highest explanatory power for the health benefits assessment. From the final structural equation model, it can be seen that landscape elements have a significant effect on both landscape preferences and health benefits, and landscape preferences also has a significant effect on health benefits. Visitors moved from landscape element evaluation to landscape preferences and finally to health benefits assessment, which is a sequential experience.
2024-09-30T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2715 Optimizating Sporadic Data Transmission for mMTC in 5G Networks 2024-09-30T15:24:13+08:00 Qingguo Shen weizhi@163.com Fan Luo weizhi@163.com Ruiqi Qiu weizhi@163.com Zulei Hou weizhi@163.com
In response to the explosive growth of massive Machine-Type Communication (mMTC) terminals in 5G networks, this paper proposes an optimization method for sporadic mMTC data transmission in 5G based on grant-free radio bearers. The replenishment of runoff sources mainly includes precipitation, ice and snow, and groundwater. Precipitation is primarily concentrated in the alpine glacier permafrost zone and the grassland forest belt, while the plain oasis belt and the downstream desert belt receive scant rainfall. The area is characterized by high evaporation and transpiration rates, leading to the local population facing issues of aridity and water scarcity. The Karez system, an ancient water conservancy facility created by the people of Xinjiang in ancient times based on local natural conditions and hydrogeological characteristics, is a very old type of horizontal water-collecting structure for the development and utilization of groundwater. It is suitable for the foothills and the edges of alluvial fans, mainly intercepting groundwater for irrigation and domestic water use, and is widely distributed in the Turpan area of Xinjiang, China. The emergence of the Karez system has formed a unique ecosystem, nurturing the oasis of the Tuha Basin and achieving a balance between humans and water. Regrettably, in recent years, there has been a sharp decline in both the number and water volume of Karez systems, unsettling the equilibrium of the human-water relationship. This paper will delve into the characteristics of water resources in Xinjiang, examine the influence of Karez systems on the water cycle and its utilization, trace the developmental trajectory of Karez systems, and identify the factors contributing to the disruption of the human-water equilibrium. This design utilized alcohol thermal energy as the power source and achieved an obstacle-avoiding car. Its purpose was to address the challenges faced during the motion of a thermal energy car, particularly addressing the issue of distortion in the cam tip and push rod caused by high-speed rotation of the Stirling engine. To overcome this problem, we carried out optimization design of the car's cam and trajectory simulation research. After 20 rounds of optimization, the cam tip became smoother. Compared to cases without optimization or with only 10 rounds of optimization, the effect was significantly improved. Additionally, through MATLAB trajectory simulation verification, we observed that the time required for the car to bypass obstacles became more reasonable. Finally, through physical testing, we successfully demonstrated the stability of the car's operation and the appropriate distance between its trajectory and obstacles. This report investigates the impact of lampreys on ecosystems and their interactions with other organisms, with the primary objective of developing a dynamic model of the population and sex ratio of lampreys. At first, a population dynamics model simulates interactions between male and female lamprey groups, using Lotka-Volterra equations to depict the relationship between lampreys and their primary hosts, Lake Trout and Atlantic Salmon. Changes in the sex ratio reveal the effects of lampreys on the food chain and enable conclusions about ecosystem health based on Atlantic Salmon populations. Secondly, the lifespan of lampreys is studied to evaluate their advantages and disadvantages. A periodic function simulates their reproductive process, combined with a logistic function to analyze population fluctuations under different sex ratios. Eight years of data elucidate why lamprey populations rapidly increase and then stabilize. Thirdly, in the Great Lakes, lampreys are detrimental to the local ecosystem. The Gompertz model simulates the host-parasite relationship to assess benefits to smaller parasites, with Atlantic Salmon used to quantify water quality. The death rate, integrated into the logistic function of the salmon, provides a direct indicator. Additionally, sensitivity analysis examines differential changes in lamprey birth and death rates across various environments, adjusting the model for human impact on the ecosystem. Potential biases in birth and death rates are considered, testing the model's adaptability. Finally, the pros and cons of the models are critically analyzed.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2903 Investigating the Correlation Between pH of Denim Dye Solutions and Color Intensity: An Analytical Study 2024-11-25T11:36:25+08:00 Jiaqi Wei weizhi@163.com
This study investigates the effect of varying pH levels in denim dye solutions on the color intensity achieved in dyed cotton fabric, employing the techniques of UV-Vis Spectrophotometry and ImageJ analysis. Two distinct experiments (A and B) were conducted to analyze the impacts of five specific pH levels (3.00-11.00) on the color intensity of indigo-dyed denim materials. Experiment A revealed a positive correlation between elevated pH levels and enhanced color intensity, reinforcing the hypothesis that the denim dye solutions color intensity is directly tied to its pH. Conversely, Experiment B yielded incongruous findings marred by substantial uncertainty (267%), implying notable random errors stemming from the absence of a catalyst, leading to rapid pH fluctuations and erratic absorbance readings. The results from Experiment A, considered more reliable owing to its reduced uncertainty, support adopting a basic dye solution (pH 11.00) for achieving optimal dyeing results. This recommendation stems from the observed positive correlation between elevated pH levels and enhanced color intensity, likely attributable to heightened interaction between dye molecules and fabric fibers under alkaline conditions. Thus, this investigation underscores the pivotal significance of pH in the dyeing of denim fabrics, offering practical insights for improving dye uptake and color intensity.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2904 Study on Anti-hepatocellular Carcinoma Active Ingredients and Mechanism of Prunella Spica-Figwort Root Based on Network Pharmacology 2024-11-25T11:39:59+08:00 Xinyao Niu weizhi@163.com

Abstract. Objective: This paper aims to screen the target and mechanism of action of the "Prunella Spica-Figwort Root" combination against hepatocellular carcinoma based on network pharmacology. Methods: The active ingredients and related targets of Prunella Spica and Figwort Root are searched through the TCMSP database (http://tcmspw. com/tcmsp.php), and the target of hepatocellular carcinoma is obtained through the Genecards database (https://www.genecards.org/). Consequently, research based on a transdiagnostic approach is indispensable in modern psychiatry, playing a significant role in diagnosing and treating diseases. This study employed high-resolution structural MRI scanning technology combined with mixed linear models to analyze brain imaging data from 11,878 adolescents aged 9-10 across 21 regions in the United States. Additionally, the study incorporated the UPPS Impulsive Behavior Scale and the BIS Impulsivity Scale to assess the relationship between individual behavioral characteristics and brain structural changes. The results revealed that adolescents with externalizing disorders exhibited significantly increased cortical thickness in several brain regions, particularly in the left temporal gyrus and right inferior temporal gyrus. Despite its significant industrial relevance, the effects of spore age and concentration on seed mycelium morphology and subsequent TGase synthesis have not been thoroughly investigated. Moreover, studies on the application of particle-enhanced cultivation techniques are also limited, such as using talc powder to regulate seed morphology and enhance enzymatic activity. This study aims to explore the effects of spore age, concentration, and the addition of talc powder as particles on TGase synthesis. By optimizing spore age and concentration, and precisely controlling seed morphology through particle-enhanced cultivation techniques, we obtained the optimal seed morphology for TGase production, namely free mycelial clumps. The optimal conditions for enzyme synthesis were found to be a spore age of 8 days, a spore concentration of 4.24×107 spores/mL, and a talc powder treatment concentration of 10 g/L. Under these conditions, the enzyme activity reached its peak value of 16.28±0.57 U/mL. These results indicate that precise control of morphology is key to maximizing TGase yield.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2918 Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvesting Circuits: A Comprehensive Review 2024-11-25T15:20:12+08:00 Zixin Zhou weizhi@163.com
With technology advancing day by day, global demand power is increasing very fast. One of the most fundamental changes during neurodevelopmental is the accelerated thinning of the cortex observed in early adolescence, which differs from the pattern seen in early childhood and adulthood. This process might be driven by many factors, such as cortical myelination and synaptic pruning. Moreover, reduced cortical thickness (CT) during adolescence is associated with impaired psychopathology and cognitive abilities, suggesting that CT could serve as an important biomarker for assessing mental health. Both CT and cortical surface area (SA) in adolescents are associated with various forms of psychopathology, suggesting that neuroimage markers might provide valuable insights into the progression of mental disorders for adolescent. However, these studies often have different age groups and use limited sample sizes, leading to considerable debate about the association of CT and SA changes with adolescents mental disorders. With data from the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) study, this study combined case-control analysis and a psychopathological stratified classification (HITOP) framework to examine structural changes in CT and SA. Our results suggested that specific cortical structures might change occur throughout the brain in the family diagnosis of externalization disorder. Moreover, different genetic mechanisms could regulate the neurodevelopmental patterns of cortical structures. This study could help clinicians screen for the disease at an earlier stage to facilitate accurate diagnosis and prevention of mental health problems and has important implications for the fields of cognitive psychology and clinical psychiatry.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2923 Research Review of Hard Carbon Anode Materials for Sodium-ion Batteries 2024-11-25T15:51:14+08:00 Kangdi Li weizhi@163.com
In recent years, sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) have been regarded as the most promising energy storage batteries to replace lithium batteries for their abundant resources and excellent energy storage capabilities. In the actual process, the light through the liquid will also produce part of the scattering and reflection. Therefore, this paper will be based on the effect of light scattering to "expand" the Lambert-Biel effect, that is, considering the simultaneous existence of light absorption and scattering, the use of spectrophotometry, the actual phenomenon of light through the liquid for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on this, the paper proposes two conjectures about the relationship between the absorption and scattering of light through the liquid to be measured and establishes two weighting factors. In the experimental stage, this paper mainly used the controlling variables to measure the absorbance of four liquids (milk colloid, copper sulfate solution, sodium chloride solution, and solution mixed with sodium chloride and copper sulfate phase) at different wavelengths and concentrations. In the data processing stage, the paper finalized one of the conjectures by initially analyzing the data obtained from the experiments, derived the function to be fitted from the experimental data, and verified the conjecture proposed in this paper through the correlation of the fit. If the geodetic height of a point is known, the geodetic height of each point in the whole network can be obtained. The geodetic height is a height system based on the ellipsoid, while the Normal height system based on the quasi Geoid is used in our projects. This paper expounds the basic theories related to the refinement of regional quasi Geoid, introduces the basic principles and applicable conditions of various refinement methods, and introduces the accuracy evaluation methods of the refinement results. Combining with engineering example A, different fitting methods were used for height anomaly fitting using GPS leveling. Based on the fitting results, the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed. ANN has the characteristics of nonlinear mapping ability and model free estimation, and is an effective tool to deal with nonlinear mapping problems. The use of neural network technology to convert GPS elevation is an adaptive mapping method without any assumptions, which is theoretically reasonable. By training the training samples for a limited number of times, the function mapping relationship can be better obtained from the training samples, avoiding the influence of unknown factors, reducing model errors, and thus improving the accuracy of GPS elevation conversion. The experimental results indicate that for the problem of elevation anomaly conversion, the number of hidden layer neurons is generally selected between 15 and 25. For the refinement of large area quasi geoid, the function fitting method is not recommended, because a specific function cannot express the characteristics of large area quasi geoid; In the refinement of large area quasi Geoid, the fitting effect of the ANN fitting method is significantly improved compared with the function fitting method, which reflects the strong ability of ANN to deal with nonlinear problems. Compared with the function fitting method, the ANN method reduces the model error in fitting, and has broad engineering application prospects.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2933 Dynamics of Lampreys Populations: Unraveling Ecological Mysteries and Gender Ratio Adjustments 2024-11-25T16:15:31+08:00 Sinuo Li weizhi@163.com Kaiqi Hu weizhi@163.com Wenshu Hou weizhi@163.com
The lampreys, ancient aquatic creatures with elongated bodies and distinctive funnel-shaped heads, are vital scavengers in ecosystems, feeding on parasites and pathogens to maintain ecological balance. Lignin is one of the three main chemical components of plant fiber, serving as a natural aromatic polymer biomass resource to reserve secondary cellulose, and also a key component of paper black liquor in chemical pulp mills. In this experiment, paper black liquor was prepared, characterized, and various data such as pH were determined. Subsequently, the paper black liquor was separated by methanol, with its pH adjusted to 8~12 before being treated with acid to adjust the pH to 2~5. Following acid and methanol separation, the paper black liquor was further characterized through determination of ultraviolet data for calculating lignin yield, infrared spectrum analysis, molecular weight (Mn) determination for lignin samples, and thermal weight analysis. Ultimately, these methods were compared to identify more effective ways of separating lignin from paper black liquor for better utilization.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2941 The effect of gut microbiota on patients with irritable bowel syndrome and depression comorbidity 2024-11-25T16:38:35+08:00 Yiwen Zhao weizhi@163.com
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) common conditions that plague many people and can be related to an imbalance in the gut microbiota. In addition, IBS may be complicated by depression, but the impact of gut microbiota on people with IBS and depression has not been determined. This study investigated the effect of gut microbiota on complications of IBS and depression via the ‘gut-brain’ axis. We performed metagenome sequencing for the stool samples collected from healthy controls and from patients with IBS, depression, or the comorbidity of IBS and depression (I&D). Next, we conducted a metagenomic analysis to compare the gut microbiota between different sample groups. We found that Bacteroidales and Clostridiales, including Lachnospiracea_incertae_sedis, Blautia, Faecalibacterium, Coprococcus, Ruminococcus, Paraprevotella, and Gemiger, are major gut microbiota in IBS and depression. The complex structure of lignocellulose is difficult to be efficiently degraded by microorganisms, and it needs to be converted into monosaccharides such as glucose (C6) and xylose (C5) through pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis and other steps before it can be utilized by fermentation microorganisms. Saccharomyces cerevisiae has the advantages of short growth cycle, strong fermentation ability, easy large-scale culture, and strong environmental adaptability. It is an ideal strain for the production of traditional fuel ethanol. Various inhibitors produced during lignocellulosic pretreatment had a great negative effect on the growth and glucose xylose metabolism of S. cerevisiae. This study evaluates the accuracy of CMPAS precipitation data at an hourly scale for the Dadu River basin and applies it to the distributed Xinanjiang model to assess the results of hourly runoff simulation. The results show that the spatial distribution of hourly CMPAS precipitation data aligns with isohyets, and the overall accuracy indicators of the data are relatively good. However, the reliability in terms of precipitation identification and hydrological simulation is poor, and the error distribution is uneven. Consequently, while CMPAS precipitation data can serve as a reference for the spatial distribution of precipitation in the Dadu River basin, further calibration is required for its use in hydrological forecasting and other applications.
2024-11-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 https://madison-proceedings.com/index.php/aetr/article/view/2963 Research on Key Technologies and Value Creation for Large-Scale Development of New Energy 2024-11-25T17:47:47+08:00 Yichun Gong weizhi@163.com Yufang Jia weizhi@163.com Bo Yuan weizhi@163.com
In the context of promoting high-quality development of large new energy bases in the Gobi Desert and other areas, it is urgent to conduct researches on key technologies for large-scale development and utilization of new energy, as well as on value analysis and value creation of the new energy industry, so as to derive relevant recommendations for industrial and policy development. Based on the basic idea of constructing different geometric mathematical models, the geometric relationship between adjacent multibeam survey strips is expressed, and then the plane geometric model for calculating the measurement bandwidth and overlap rate between adjacent strips is established; the three-dimensional simulation scheme of multibeam bathymetry and three-dimensional simulation diagrams of profiles with special geometric relationship are drawn, and the three-dimensional slope is reduced to a two-dimensional plane based on the geometric relationship of space, and the spatial angle is calculated to obtain the three-dimensional geometric model. The three-dimensional geometric model is obtained by calculating the angle between the survey paths and the normal plane of the seabed slope according to the idea of plane geometry. To validate the model of a single slope, a system of nonlinear equations is then set up and solved using an iterative algorithm to obtain the shortest survey path that realizes the full coverage of the measurement. In the actual research process, it is difficult and time costing to obtain transgenic grape seedlings through genetic transformation system. Therefore, the establishment of a rapid identification system of salt tolerance in grapes using callus as materials is necessary to identify the function of genes in salt stress response. In the present study, different concentrations of NaCl were applied to embryogenic and non-embryogenic callus tissues, and salt tolerance indexes were measured. The results were analyzed to determine the best indexes to characterize the salt tolerance of different grapevine callus, which would lay the foundation for the rapid identification of salt tolerance genes in grapes. The growth status was observed after 28 days and parameters such as growth (in dishes), MDA content, free proline content and relative electrical conductivity were determined. It was ultimately found that electrical conductivity increased more in merlot and shiraz than in other salt tolerance indicators and was the most sensitive to changes in salt stress, so it was determined that electrical conductivity could be used tomonitor changes in salt tolerance in grapevine callus tissues.
2024-11-26T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024
