While driving economic development, geological prospecting activities inevitably exert an impact on the ecological environment. This paper examines the policy-making process of China's green mining development and emphasizes the significant achievements in green mining after 75 years of exploration. Lastly, the paper offers a forward-looking perspective on China's mines' green development.
