Impact of internet economy on employment structure in China: a pilot study

Abstract

With the rapid progress of internet economy in China, its effectt on employment structure deserves attention. Based on the previous theories, our study primarily redefined and selected the concepts of polarization, upgrade and the corresponding statistical index. We then focused on the changes of employment structures, and analyzed the intrinsic mechanism. Finally, we provided some reference suggestions on the government’s guidance and support, skill training and education reform.
