Clarify the strategic positioning of Tianjin towards the "the Belt and Road", and put forward specific implementation paths from the aspects of facility connectivity, industrial investment, trade and finance, and cultural exchanges, so as to provide strong support for Tianjin to give full play to its internal and external linkage advantages and promote the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road".
