What would happen if we banned billionaires?

Abstract

Billionaires, individuals of immense wealth, amass their fortunes through various means, including market activities, illicit actions or inheritance. We analyzed what would be the implications if government banned billionaires. We talked about who possesses the authority to enforce such a ban and what becomes of their wealth post-ban. We find that billionaires shouldn’ t be banned, as the disadvantages overweigh the advantages.
