The Advantages and Disadvantages of Money Financing Government Spending

Abstract

A government funds its own expenditure by taxing its population. however, if it relied solely on money newly created by the central bank? What would be the advantages and/or disadvantages? This article analyzes this issue from multiple perspectives and provides reasonable suggestions for the government to better use policy tools.
