How does alliance network affect enterprise innovation performance：The Chain Mediation Effect of Dual Network Conventions and Organizational Adaptability

Abstract

Based on social network theory and dual theory, this paper introduces the action path of how alliance network affects enterprise innovation performance, namely dual network conventions and organizational adaptability, and this paper constructed a chain intermediary model.Using hierarchical regression and Bootstrap method, 167 valid questionnaires are empirically tested.The results show that:(1)Alliance network has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,dual network conventions and organizational adaptability.(2)Dual network conventions and organizational adaptability have significant positive effects on enterprise innovation performance.(3)Mediation analysis revealed that alliance network can have a positive impact on enterprise innovation performance through dual network conventions and organizational adaptability.The mediation effect contained three paths: the first path was the separate mediation effect of the dual network conventions; the second path was the separate mediation effect of organizational adaptability; and the third path was the serial mediation effect of dual network conventions and organizational adaptability.
