Based on the interviews with experts and scholars, entrepreneurs, and the personnel in charge of the application-oriented college enrollment and employment department, this paper makes a preliminary determination of the Performance Evaluation Index of Innovation and Entrepreneurship education for college students. On this basis, through combing the characteristics of innovative entrepreneurship education in universities in the applied, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine index weight, from double gen environment and double input and double the output of a three-level of constructing applied universities entrepreneurship education innovation performance evaluation index system, the performance evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism to boost the development of entrepreneurship education innovation.
