According to this process, when students have psychological problems, they can intervene as soon as possible, protect students' mental health, prevent the occurrence of psychological problems in advance, and promote students' physical and mental health. The health education proposed in this paper plays a very important role in the prevention of mental illness of college students under the background of big data.
