In the process of brand development, libraries must strictly follow the principles of harmonious system, sustainability, scientificity, personalization, emotion and benefit, and realize library brand construction according to the operating procedures of library brand construction, brand research and brand promotion. Based on the background of new media, this study analyzes and discusses the development model of library branding.
