Abstract

With the continuous deepening of education reform, the attention to personalized development of students is increasing. In physical education teaching, due to significant differences in personality, physical fitness, interests and learning abilities among junior high school students, the traditional "one size fits all" teaching model is no longer able to meet students' personalized needs. This article aims to explore personalized teaching strategies for physical education based on personality differences among middle school students. By analyzing the characteristics of students with different personality types, targeted teaching plans are proposed to promote the comprehensive development of each student. By implementing personalized teaching, not only can students' interest and participation in sports be enhanced, but their physical fitness can also be effectively strengthened, and their good sportsmanship and exercise habits can be cultivated.
