Abstract

In order to explore the relationship between the personality characteristics of graduates-to-be and their academic achievement, this paper used the simplified scale of Big Five personality to conduct a random survey on 148 senior students who are about to graduate from a college, and SPSS25.0 was used to conduct data analysis of the survey results.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the five dimensions of personality and academic achievement in gender, and openness had a significant positive correlation with academic achievement and had a positive predictive effect on academic achievement.
