Abstract

Taking trade unions as the main research object, this paper analyzes the impact of compensation management on employees' labor security, and finds that labor unions cannot effectively improve employees' labor security. In the comparison of the influence of trade unions on men and women, trade unions can better protect men's rights and interests, while women's rights and interests cannot be effectively protected, which is related to social discrimination against women. Trade unions should promote the establishment of harmonious labor relations through democratic consultation, openness and transparency, and the establishment of harmonious labor relations is an inevitable requirement for the harmonious development of enterprises and the stable progress of society.
